Latah County Arts and Culture Committee is aaaappointed by the Latah County Commissioners to promote and fund arts and culture in the rural area.
Our mission is to support arts and cultural events and projects in Troy, Genesee, Kendrick, Juliaetta, Deary, Bovill, and Potlatch.
Grant process.
Committeee meets once a month and evaluates submitted grant proposals. Applicants are notified within a few days. Below find the application.

2012 Scholarships available for Idaho Repertory Theatre Youth
CHARLOTTE’S WEB PRODUCTION
June 18-July 14, 2012
Scholarships are for $125 each open to students who are residents of rural Latah County outside of Moscow. Scholarship recipients will be required to write a letter to the
committee about their experiences upon completion of the production.
Applications need to be submitted to the Arts & Culture Committee, PO Box 8068,
Moscow, ID 83843 or as indicated below by June 11.
There are three scholarships available. Completing this application does not register you
for the program. Students must complete registration on their own through IRTY.
